Saunter Guidance Brochure

The project was inspired by the Tate Britain's Map Brochure, specifically its chronological room numbering. The issue arose from the first room featuring portraits of white aristocrats, which is also the first room audience would enter. The content in this room is not something visitors from different background can easily emphasize with, and probably creating an outdated perception of the Tate. To address this, I designed a turntable game guidebook for the entrance, allowing visitors to randomly select a starting point. The brochure maintains the chronological layout, categorizing five time periods equally. It incorporates games and questions to engage visitors, fostering empathy with the artwork. This approach ensures a comfortable and enjoyable viewing experience, enabling diverse visitors to connect personally with the art at Tate Britain.
